Twilight Breaking Dawn

“We basically want to take the audience through the emotional part of Bella’s journey as she becomes a vampire. The first part will cover the wedding, the honeymoon and the birth.”

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are currently in Rio, Brazil, to film the first part of Twilight Breaking Dawn, aka Twilight 4:

The full cast for all the covens of the upcoming Twilight Breaking Dawn movie has been announced by Summit Entertainment:
- Tracey Heggins as Senna
- Judi Shekoni as Zafrina

Among the oldest vampires in the world, Senna and Zafrina are descendants of an ancient Amazonian tribe. They have lived outside of civilization for centuries and therefore make no attempt to keep up a human facade. Though they drink human blood, the Amazons have long been allies of Carlisle.
- Omar Metwally as Amun
- Andrea Gabriel as Kebi
- Rami Malek as Benjamin
- Angela Sarafyan as Tia

The Egyptian Coven consists of Amun, Kebi, Benjamin, and Tia, with Amun as the leader. It is stated that even though they are not a biological family, they could pass for one. Amun is extremely protective of his family and fearful of Aro.
- Marlane Barnes as Maggie
- Lisa Howard as Siobhan
- Patrick Brennan as Liam

The Irish Coven, a relatively young group, was founded by Siobhan and Liam, but Maggie’s talent made her an important element of it. They are not vegetarian but they are civilized.
- Noel Fisher as Vladimir
- Guri Weinberg as Stefan

The Romanian Coven is one of the oldest covens in the world and they were the ruling vampire family until they were unseated by the Volturi. For that reason they harbor a centuries old resentment of the Italian coven.
- Lee Pace as Garrett
- Toni Trucks as Mary
- Bill Tangradi as Randall
- Erik Odom as Peter
- Valorie Curry as Charlotte

Turned into a vampire during the Revolutionary War, Garrett has chosen to live a nomadic existence, wandering the world on his own. Garrett has never lost the rebellious spirit of his human life, and loves a good fight, always rooting for the underdog. Though not a vegetarian, Garrett is among Carlisle’s closest and oldest friends.
Mary and Randall are American nomadic vampires.
Peter and Charlotte are nomadic vampires and mates. They were created during the aftermath of the Southern Vampire Wars, in which Jasper was a key player. They have remained friends with Jasper ever since.
- Joe Anderson as Alistair

A nomadic vampire from England, Alistair has a misanthropic, brooding personality and a deep mistrust of all authority. Although he counts Carlisle as his closest acquaintance, he doesn’t visit more than once a century.
Mackenzie Foy

“Very excited about our new Renesmee, Mackenzie Foy. She’s an amazing young actress and I’m excited to work with her.”
Stephenie Meyer
Renesmee is the half-vampire half-human hybrid born out of Edward and Bella’s love. She’s a kind of super-baby: she rapidly grows both mentally and physically, able to speak only seven days after her birth.

Author Stephenie Meyer just confirmed that Mackenzie Foy, a doll-faced 9-year-old newcomer, will play as Renesmee Cullen in the upcoming twilight Breaking Dawn movie:

Scriptwriter Melissa Rosenberg gave an update on Twilight 4 Breaking Dawn:

“Hi Y’all! Sorry I haven’t checked in for a while. Been immersed in the world of Breaking Dawn. I’ve been working very closely with our director Bill Condon, whose input has been SO great. He understands story, structure and character as only a fellow writer can, but he also has fantastic visual ideas. And he’s not… shying away from anything! Sex, birth, feathers, blood… it’s all in there. More later!”
Scriptwriter Melissa Rosenberg

“My wife is an OB-GYN so we should bring her on set to make sure that if Edward is going to do an oral Cesarean, he really needs to make the proper incision with his teeth.
[...]
I think the one thing that we’ve done that we’ve really done in all the films is keep them very subjective and keep them from Bella’s point of view. So the conversations we’ve had with Bill, is that we’ll try to do something similar here; you’re with Bella’s perspective and her point of view of what’s taking place in the rush around her, as she’s in intense pain. Not so focused, objectively, on her body and his body and that. So I think it’ll be something like that, in terms of trying to make the audience experience and feel the confusion, almost, of what’s happening to her.”

If you read the books of the twilight Saga you already know that Bella and Edward will have a baby in Twilight 4, aka Breaking Dawn. The birth scene is really intense, and Twilight fans really don’t want that scene to be scrapped. Well, Summit Entertainment heard them, here’s what Producer Wyck Godfrey said:
Filming locations of Breaking Dawn, aka Twilight 4, have been officially announced by Summit Entertainment: Director Bill Candon and the crew of the Twilight will be shoot the film in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Vancouver, Canada.

“I’m glad that it’s Bill Condon. I love his stuff. I haven’t seen the script yet but I am fearful about the series’ end. It’s such a great security blanket. It’s like a net. You can afford to make mistakes when you have another Twilight film to make. After that, I guess you’re on your own. I’m playing a dad in some scenes in Breaking Dawn and I’m portraying one in a movie I’m doing now as well. I’m terrified about doing it. I don’t know what I’m going to do when it comes to those scenes. I’ve been complaining so much about having the makeup on and contact lenses.”
