The movie Coriolanus is directed by Ralph Finnes who’s making his directorial debut. It’s a modern take on Shakespeare’s famous tragedy of the same name.
For his directorial debut Ralph Fiennes is tackling a movie adaptation of Coriolanus, Shakespeare's famous tragedy. But we won't get to see people wearing Roman togas: Ralph Fiennes' modern take on Coriolanus takes place in a contemporary setting.The film is starring Ralph Fiennes, Gerard Butler, and Vanessa Redgrave. Shooting began 17 March 2010 in Belgrade, Serbia, and the film is expected to open the 2011 Belgrade International Film Festival.
